Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of AirdropSender.com, operated by Vyntura Digital (KVK: 98753061, BTW: NL005351559B34), a company registered in the Netherlands ("we", "us", or "our"). By using AirdropSender.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our services.

AirdropSender.com provides non-custodial token distribution tooling for blockchain networks including Solana, and in the future Ethereum and BNB Chain. Our tools allow you to distribute tokens from your own wallet to a list of recipient addresses.

All transactions are executed directly from your own wallet. At no point do we take custody of your tokens or private keys.

By using AirdropSender.com, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age
• You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
• You are not located in, or a citizen of, a country subject to applicable sanctions or export controls
• Your use of the service complies with all laws and regulations applicable to you

AirdropSender.com is a non-custodial service. We do not hold, manage, or have access to your tokens, private keys, or wallet credentials at any time. You are solely responsible for the security of your wallet and the transactions you initiate.

All blockchain transactions are irreversible. Once submitted, a token distribution cannot be undone. You are responsible for verifying all recipient addresses and amounts before confirming any transaction.

You may use AirdropSender.com only for lawful purposes. You agree not to use our service to:

• Distribute tokens that are fraudulent, misleading, or intended to deceive recipients
• Conduct market manipulation or any activity that constitutes securities fraud
• Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights
• Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security features of the service
• Use automated means to access or scrape the service beyond normal usage

AirdropSender.com charges application fees per distribution, displayed in full on the summary screen before you confirm any transaction. Network fees (e.g., Solana transaction fees) are separate and paid directly to the blockchain network.

All fees are final and non-refundable once a transaction has been submitted to the blockchain, regardless of outcome.

All content, design, code, and materials on AirdropSender.com are the property of Vyntura Digital and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vyntura Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of tokens, financial losses, or data loss arising from your use of AirdropSender.com.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the service shall not exceed the fees paid by you to us in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.

AirdropSender.com is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nijmegen, the Netherlands.
